From 2010-2012, GlobalInt worked with the USAF Air University on a Pentagon-funded Minerva Grant.  Chad and Tracy Briggs served as the Chair and Associate Chair for the Minerva Energy and Environmental Security Initiative with a focus on strategic foresight scenario planning, comprehensive risk assessment, and professional military training with an extensive outreach agenda.
